In today’s digital world, staying focused has become increasingly challenging. Distractions from smartphones, social media, and the constant influx of notifications are pulling our attention in multiple directions. Mastering the art of concentration is key to thriving in this environment.
On 14th , September 2024 we organized this special session specially for the 1st year UG student both boys and girls. The program started with a small briefing about the whole program by Yash , final year civil one of our members at vedavalues.

Dr. Ravi Prakash(Assistant Professor @ IISc) was gladly received by Registrar S.S. Roy sir. Three of our members from different streams started the program by invoking prayers and Guests such Mrinal Kanti Mandal sir(HOD @Physics Dept.),Sukadev Sahoo sir(Associate Professor @Physics Dept.), Registrar (S.S. Roy sir) and Dr. Ravi Prakash(Assistant Professor @ IISc) sir lighted the lamp (Deep prajwalan) for the auspicious beginning of the whole program.

The program was held in SAC(Student Activity centre)as because of its capacity to hold around 500 members. We got participation of students more than we estimated as there were above 500 students joined to attend the session. The whole session was interactive and as the session began students started to show eagerness to learn from it by asking various aspects of practically applying to Dr. Ravi sir. Dr. Ravi Prakash sir very much appreciated by seeing their active participation.

Students got to learn:          i) Mindset to be more important than will power.

ii) Different examples cited from Vedic literatures
iii) Practicality of the subject matter

Moreover , Dr. Arvind Chaubey sir(Director @NIT Durgapur) himself endorsed this type of sessions for the welfare of the candidates joining UG/ PG program. As we see around us in many prestigious colleges students not able to find solutions to there real life problems and coming to conclusion by taking their life, committing suicide.
